Ordering Info
Once an order is placed, we cannot add or subtract items. To add items not included in your original order, please place a new order. We are not able to combine shipping and reduce charges on separately placed orders.
Shipping Costs
Shipping will be via flat-rate priority mail.
• Small (up to 4 tubers): $10.20
• Medium (5–12 tubers): $17.10
• Large (13–19 tubers): $22.80
• 20+ tubers: Free shipping
Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel orders up to two weeks before ship date. Please email us at laura@blackburngardens.com with your request. We will refund to your original payment method, minus a 15% admin fee.
Refund Policy
Blackburn Gardens guarantees that our dahlias will arrive in good condition. If there is a problem, please contact us within two weeks of receiving your tubers. We are unable to offer refunds after that point. We are not responsible for poor tuber storage, weather damage, or pest damage, and cannot offer refunds/exchanges after the two-week period has expired.
